There are two variants, Kmart version and Walmart version. The Kmart version has fluffy grey hair, a fleshtone face, and pale white hands. The Kmart version also has no moving mouth nor light up eyes. This item could possibly draw inspiration from Dr. The voice changes as well as the face when the character changes his face. Under the arm, the face has two sides, on the front is the normal fleshtone/green face, and on the back is the ghoul face. When the character lifts his arm, the face spins 180 degrees to show the other side.
